Should you need to cancel service, you must contact Boudinot & Associates, Inc within two (2) hours of appointment or you will be charged a missed appointment fee of $25.

Service Without Resolution: Boudinot & Associates, Inc will make every reasonable attempt to diagnose and fix your PC and network problems or to provide other solutions for which you have paid. Should we be unable to do so, you will still be charged for the time taken in our attempts to fix your computer or network problems or answer your concerns or time invested in your other projects or solutions.

8. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold Boudinot & Associates, Inc, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Client's use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Client, or other user of the Service using Client's computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

Boudinot & Associates, Inc reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Client.
